RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Single purchases
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
The product must be returned intact, unopened and with the hygiene seal in place. Cosmetic products that have been opened or whose hygiene seal has been removed cannot be returned, as provided by Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
To initiate a return, email support@fixdskin.com with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Subscription: satisfaction guarantee
If you purchased through a subscription and you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from receipt of the first delivery to request a full refund. You do not need to return the product: keep it. No questions asked. Email support@fixdskin.com and the refund is processed within 5 business days.
From the second delivery onwards, the standard single purchase policy applies (return within 14 days, product intact and sealed).
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@fixdskin.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
Refund timelines
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item (single purchases) or within 5 business days of the request (subscription guarantee). The actual credit may take an additional 5‑10 business days depending on the payment method and your bank.
