Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your FIXD subscription at any time, with no penalties and without providing a reason.


How to cancel: log in to your account on fixdskin.com, go to “My subscriptions” and select “Cancel subscription”. Alternatively, email support@fixdskin.com with your name and the email address associated with your order.

When it takes effect: cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not receive further deliveries and no additional charges will be made. If your next delivery has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will take effect from the following delivery.

Refund on in‑transit deliveries: deliveries that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return a product you have received, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Modifying your subscription

In addition to cancellation, you can modify your subscription at any time: change the products included, change the delivery frequency, temporarily pause your subscription and reactivate it whenever you want. All changes can be made from your account or by emailing support@fixdskin.com.

Right of withdrawal (single orders)

For single purchases (not subscriptions), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancelling an order before shipment

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, contact us immediately at support@fixdskin.com. We will do our best to stop the shipment and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the standard return procedure applies.
