By purchasing products on fixdskin.com you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products
The products sold on fixdskin.com are men’s skincare and beard care cosmetics under the FIXD brand. All products are manufactured in the European Union by Cosmetics Nord SIA (Riga, Latvia) and are certified ECOCERT COSMOS Natural or Organic, vegan and cruelty‑free.
Product images and descriptions on the Site are as accurate as possible but may show slight differences from the actual product due to screen colour rendering or packaging updates.
3. Prices and payments
All prices shown on the Site include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods are those available at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any other active payment gateway). Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation.
4. Subscription
FIXD offers the option to purchase products on a recurring subscription at a discounted price. By subscribing you agree that:
The discounted price applies to each delivery for the entire duration of the subscription. The subscription renews automatically at the frequency you choose (for example every 30, 45 or 60 days). You can modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account on the Site or by emailing support@fixdskin.com, with no penalties and no minimum notice period. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled delivery: deliveries already being prepared or shipped cannot be cancelled.
5. Order fulfilment and shipping
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our European logistics partner in Latvia. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the Shipping Policy page. FIXD is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond its control (customs, weather conditions, strikes).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. Detailed conditions are described on the Return and Refund Policy page.
For cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the hygiene seal has been removed or the product has been opened after delivery, as provided by Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
7. Satisfaction guarantee (Subscription only)
Customers who purchase through a subscription benefit from a satisfaction guarantee on the first delivery, within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied, simply contact support@fixdskin.com: the refund is issued without requiring you to physically return the product. From the second delivery onwards, the standard policy applies.
8. Limitation of liability
FIXD products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you have specific dermatological conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor or dermatologist.
FIXD is not liable for improper use of its products or for individual reactions due to specific sensitivities or allergies. The full ingredient list (INCI) is always available on the packaging and on each product page.
9. Intellectual property
The FIXD brand, the tagline “Fix your face.”, all texts, images, design and content on the Site are the exclusive property of Nomos Lab and are protected by Italian and European intellectual property legislation. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By purchasing on fixdskin.com you confirm that you have read the privacy notice.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union consumer protection legislation. For any dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction if located in Italy. For consumers residing in other EU countries, the provisions of EU Regulation 1215/2012 (Brussels I recast) apply.
Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, European consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform for alternative dispute resolution, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Changes to Terms
FIXD reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of last update and will apply to orders placed after publication.
