Where we ship

FIXD ships throughout the European Union. Products are prepared and shipped from our partner laboratory in Latvia (EU), which means zero customs formalities for deliveries within the EU.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Below are the estimated timeframes from order confirmation:

Italy: 7–12 business days

Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria: 5–9 business days

Spain: 7–12 business days

Rest of the EU: 7–14 business days

These times include 1‑2 business days for order preparation plus transit time. These are estimated, not guaranteed: delays may occur due to causes beyond our control (public holidays, weather conditions, carrier slowdowns).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination country. The cost is always visible before you confirm payment, with no surprises.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can follow your parcel in real time until delivery.

Package not delivered

If your order does not appear as delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe, contact us at support@fixdskin.com with your order number. We will check the shipment status with the carrier and find a solution.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. FIXD is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In case of return to sender due to an incorrect address, re‑shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
